The Joy Rebellion: Yoga, Rest & Radical Happiness

Joy isn’t just a feeling - it’s fuel. In a world that can feel heavy, choosing joy is an act of resilience, a way to recharge, and a path back to yourself. This class is all about reclaiming joy through movement, breath, and deep rest. We’ll sweat, smile, and wrap up with deep relaxation—because rest, too, is a radical act. Come as you are!

The Sweet Spot: Yoga for This Moment – Upper Body

Saturday Morning, 10:00am - 12:30pm
Yoga teaches us that the real magic happens in the sweet spot—the place between too much and not enough, between pushing and pulling back. It’s where effort meets surrender, discipline meets freedom, and true growth unfolds. Explore this edge and learn how this tuning transforms both our practice, our lives, and even changes the world. Expect deep stretches for the chest, shoulders, and neck — balanced by moments of stillness, and practical tools to navigate life’s constant dance between effort and ease.

Come ready to experiment, explore, and find your own sweet spot.

The Sweet Spot: Yoga for This Moment – Lower Body

Saturday Afternoon, 2:30pm - 5:00pm
Yoga teaches us that the real magic happens in the sweet spot—the place between too much and not enough, between pushing and pulling back. It’s where effort meets surrender, discipline meets freedom, and true growth unfolds. Explore this edge and learn how this tuning transforms both our practice, our lives, and even changes the world. Expect deep stretches for the hips, hamstrings, and lower back — balanced by moments of stillness, and practical tools to navigate life’s constant dance between effort and ease.

Come ready to experiment, explore, and find your own sweet spot.

Farm Dinner

Saturday Evening, 5:30pm
Enjoy a thoughtfully prepared meal from the farm featuring woodfired pizzas and local spring greens.

Kula Flow: The Power of Us

Sunday Morning, 10:00am - 12:30pm
Yoga teaches us that we are never truly alone—we are part of something bigger. In a time when things are shaky, our true strength is in each other. This practice is about feeling held, seen, and uplifted through movement, breath, and the invisible threads that connect us all. Expect a mix of collective flow, grounding stillness, and deep rest—all designed to remind us of the power of community, both on and off the mat.

Come for the yoga, stay for the connection—because together, we are so much more.

About the Good Earth Farm

The farm is a place where memories are made. Meet the animals, walk around, grab a beverage, and enjoy the South Dakota prairie. The Good Earth is a working farm. Nancy and Jeff use sustainable practices to grow vegetables that are sold through their farm stand. They lovingly take care of the animals that are the life of this place. Their woodfired pizza ovens allow them to create a true farm to table experience. Nancy grows the ingredients that top the pizzas. Other ingredients are sourced from local growers.

The Good Earth Farm and Animal Sanctuary is located at 28318 466th Ave Lennox, SD 57039 and was just featured in a Super Bowl Ad with Google!
