About the Good Earth Farm

The farm is a place where memories are made. Meet the animals, walk around, grab a beverage, and enjoy the South Dakota prairie. The Good Earth is a working farm. Nancy and Jeff use sustainable practices to grow vegetables that are sold through their farm stand. They lovingly take care of the animals that are the life of this place. Their woodfired pizza ovens allow them to create a true farm to table experience. Nancy grows the ingredients that top the pizzas. Other ingredients are sourced from local growers.

The Good Earth Farm and Animal Sanctuary is located at 28318 466th Ave Lennox, SD 57039 and was just featured in a Super Bowl Ad with Google!

  • Group yoga class in a rustic barn with string lights on wooden beams.

Imagine practicing yoga surrounded by the beauty of a historic barn, golden light filtering through the wood, and the hum of a supportive community flowing beside you. This is the magic of The Sanctuary Retreat—where movement becomes meditation and every breath is an invitation to open more fully into life.

  • People lying on yoga mats inside a dimly lit barn with string lights and wooden walls.

Under twinkling lights and the rustic warmth of the barn, experience the deep exhale your body has been craving. This retreat isn’t just about movement—it’s about finding stillness, reconnecting with yourself, and embracing the quiet magic of rest.

  • Rural scene at dusk with a barn and outbuildings illuminated by string lights, surrounded by trees and open fields.

Good Earth Farm is an experience like none other. As the sun sets over the fields and warm lights glow from the barn, you’ll feel the deep exhale of stepping into a space designed for renewal, reflection, and joy.

  • Wood-fired pizza oven with burning fire under a wooden shelter.

This isn’t your average retreat food. Experience the magic of a real wood-fired oven, where ingredients from the farm turn into nourishing, delicious meals that fuel both body and soul.

  • Pizza with melted cheese, meat, and bell pepper toppings in a cardboard box.

What’s a retreat without amazing food? At Good Earth Farm, enjoy fresh, farm-to-table wood-fired pizzas crafted with local ingredients. After a day of movement and mindfulness, there’s nothing better than gathering around the table, sharing stories, and savoring a meal made with love.

  • Ponies and cows grazing in a green pasture under a blue sky with scattered clouds.

Good Earth Farm is home to more than just yoga and community—it’s also home to some of the cutest four-legged residents. Whether you’re stretching in the fields or strolling between sessions, don’t be surprised if you make a few furry friends along the way!

This workshop is a call to weave the principles of holistic flourishing into our lives and communities, nurturing both personal and environmental wellness.

This all levels class will reintegrate all the parts of you, with self, nature, and our broader community.

    Gateways to Freedom

    with Jackie Paulsen

In this 90 minute dialogue and movement practice, we will explore what it means to listen to and respond from the body. What are the languages of the body? How can we begin to move with it rather than against it.

Increase trust with yourself, explore boundaries and play with how reclaiming your relationship with pleasure can be the missing link in our healing journey. This class is designed to initiate us into the power of our sensual body - including our voices and the movements within the body both on emotional and physical levels.

This time together will inspire and initiate a much deeper relationship with one's body as the gateway to toward freedom from the stuck places within - including giving us tools to work with grief, fear, overwhelm and shame - where we can become embodied alchemists, transforming past pains into today's power through pleasure and love.

  • Person meditating indoors in a seated position with hands in prayer gesture, eyes closed, on a hardwood floor.

    Emotional. Ecstatic. Embodied.

    with Carmen Ohm

Experience the holiness of the human body and expand yourself to make way for all that you hold. There is both trauma and wisdom that lives in your body within your lived experiences. In this free form, emotional, and energetic movement practice we make space for all that we carry through unraveling, movement, and surrendering.

This movement practice has roots in Tantra, somatic healing, and is trauma informed. This movement practice can be done by anyone regardless of ability because of the ways the body speaks to us. Every human heart carries the love, beauty, and transformative power of Divinity within it.

  • Person sitting on the floor with a harmonium, wearing glasses and a black sleeveless top, with a wooden backdrop.

    SoundSoul Fusion

    with Jenn Fast

Immerse yourself in a journey of sound where harmonious vibrations awaken the senses, rejuvenate the mind, and soothe the soul. This class will include a variety of instruments, including the voice. You will have the opportunity to share your voice or simply listen and bask in the healing sound. We will end with a yoga nidra practice. Yoga Nidra, also known as yogic sleep, invites you to experience a state of deep relaxation while remaining fully conscious. This transformative practice offers a sanctuary for self-discovery, healing, and personal growth.
