Nourished: A Hot Springs Yoga Retreat
As we move toward the fullness of the holiday season, Nourished is an invitation to slow down, settle in, and receive.
Spend two restorative nights at the beautiful, historic Flat Iron Inn in Hot Springs, with both shared and private lodging options available. Over three spacious days, we’ll weave together deep-dive yoga practices, incredible food, warm mineral waters, art, and plenty of unstructured time to simply rest and enjoy.
Your retreat includes three full days of unlimited soaking at Moccasin Springs, where mineral-rich pools range from the mid-70s to around 104–105°F. Move between the waters, sauna, rest, and yoga as you give your nervous system a chance to truly settle. Optional spa treatments and experiences are also available for anyone wanting a little extra indulgence.
Food is an important part of Nourished, too. We’ll gather for a beautiful, seasonally inspired whole-food dinner prepared by French chef Sundean Pilaz, along with abundant continental breakfasts featuring wonderful cheeses, fresh fruit, croissants, hard-boiled eggs and other nourishing options. Mornings will include local coffee and an intentionally curated selection of teas.
New this year
We’ll have an optional outing to the Hot Springs art gallery, complete with wine and delicious treats. Last year, we even had the unexpected delight of seeing an actual Picasso in Hot Springs!
We’ve also reserved space for the group at Buffalo Dreamer, one of our favorite restaurants and a truly special Hot Springs culinary experience. Joining us is completely optional, and the cost of your meal is not included in retreat tuition.
Throughout the weekend, daily deep-dive yoga practices will create an anchor for the experience—opportunities to move, breathe, ground, and reconnect with yourself.
Nourished isn’t about packing your weekend with activities. It’s about having beautiful things available to you: warm water, nourishing food, meaningful practice, art, conversation, quiet, and time.
Come settle into the waters, eat beautifully, move your body, and give yourself a few days to feel genuinely nourished before the holiday season begins.
