Together we’ll discover the asymmetries in our bodies so we can work asymmetrically (the rest of the weekend and beyond) to find harmony, freedom, and ease in your practice. Restorative Yoga: Slowing Down is Waking Up

Ready for a yoga slumber party? Restorative yoga, through the use of supportive props, gives your body the time and conditions it needs to truly rest, relax, and heal. Discover the power of silence and stillness to regulate your nervous in the midst of a culture spellbound by busyness and consumerism. Amy will guide you through a serious of supported shapes and savasana - you won’t believe how good you’ll feel. Let’s stop doing and start being, shall we?

Most of us think we have tight shoulders, but what we really have are tight chest muscles from hunching over in our daily movements. Flow through a vibrant fusion of gradual, loving chest-opening poses and vinyasas designed to unlock the full range of motion in the shoulder while bringing more flexibility and strength to your chest and upper back. Discover brand-new tools to approach inversions, backbends, healthy posture, and a state of ease when you need it most.

Restorative Yoga: Free Your Breath, The Rest Will Follow

Sunday 2-4:00pm

In this subtle yet powerful practice, dive into a brief and delicious sequence designed specifically to open your breath followed by specific Restorative yoga poses that slow your respiratory rate and bring you into a state of ease. Experience the peace and euphoria that comes from bringing mobility to your primary and accessory respiratory muscles. Perfect if you’re so ready to hit the pause button, recharge, and renew.
