Flow with the River
with Sarah Lindemulder
Join us for "Flow with the River," a sacred yoga journey that awakens a profound connection between your body and the elemental flow of life. In this sanctuary of movement, inspired by the river's endless, graceful dance, we shall embark on a pilgrimage into the heart of our own rhythm and inner harmony.
Imagine stepping into a serene world where each breath is a prayer, each movement a sacred offering. Through gentle, flowing postures, you will be invited to embrace your sacred vessel, delighting in the awareness of your body's wisdom, honoring its strength and grace.
Surrender to the flow, as a river yields to the embrace of its journey, moving seamlessly from one posture to the next. Find serenity in the ebb and flow of each moment, a reminder that life, like water, is meant to be experienced with grace and ease.

Gateways to Freedom
with Jackie Paulsen
In this 90 minute dialogue and movement practice, we will explore what it means to listen to and respond from the body. What are the languages of the body? How can we begin to move with it rather than against it.
Increase trust with yourself, explore boundaries and play with how reclaiming your relationship with pleasure can be the missing link in our healing journey. This class is designed to initiate us into the power of our sensual body - including our voices and the movements within the body both on emotional and physical levels.
This time together will inspire and initiate a much deeper relationship with one's body as the gateway to toward freedom from the stuck places within - including giving us tools to work with grief, fear, overwhelm and shame - where we can become embodied alchemists, transforming past pains into today's power through pleasure and love.
-
SoundSoul Fusion
with Jenn Fast
Immerse yourself in a journey of sound where harmonious vibrations awaken the senses, rejuvenate the mind, and soothe the soul. This class will include a variety of instruments, including the voice. You will have the opportunity to share your voice or simply listen and bask in the healing sound. We will end with a yoga nidra practice. Yoga Nidra, also known as yogic sleep, invites you to experience a state of deep relaxation while remaining fully conscious. This transformative practice offers a sanctuary for self-discovery, healing, and personal growth.
-
Emotional. Ecstatic. Embodied.
with Carmen Ohm
Experience the holiness of the human body and expand yourself to make way for all that you hold. There is both trauma and wisdom that lives in your body within your lived experiences. In this free form, emotional, and energetic movement practice we make space for all that we carry through unraveling, movement, and surrendering.
This movement practice has roots in Tantra, somatic healing, and is trauma informed. This movement practice can be done by anyone regardless of ability because of the ways the body speaks to us. Every human heart carries the love, beauty, and transformative power of Divinity within it.

The Setting
The Good Earth Farm
28318 466th Ave Lennox, SD 57039
The farm is a place where memories are made. Meet the animals, walk around, grab a beverage, and enjoy the South Dakota prairie. The Good Earth is a working farm. Nancy and Jeff use sustainable practices to grow vegetables that are sold through their farm stand. They lovingly take care of the animals that are the life of this place. Their woodfired pizza ovens allow them to create a true farm to table experience. Nancy grows the ingredients that top the pizzas. Other ingredients are sourced from local growers.

Frequently Asked Questions
Find answers to your questions here!
When is the date and time of the festival?
Saturday, July 20th from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
There is an optional day on Sunday, July 21st where your donation will support the Friends of the Big Sioux River.
Where is the Sioux River Yoga Festival?
Great Question! The Festival is at the Good Earth Farm located at 28318 466th Ave
Lennox, SD 57039
Please note this is NOT at Good Earth State Park. Double check the address in your GPS or phone app before heading out.
Do I need to have yoga experience to enjoy the festival?
NO! The classes are suitable for anyone, beginner or experienced yoga practitioner.
What should I wear?
We recommend your favorite yoga gear or anything stretchy so you can move easily. But most importantly, dress for the weather!
Do I need to bring a mat? What about other props?
Yes please! Bring a mat to each class you're taking part in. As we're at a farm, we won't have props available. However if you know you like to use blocks or straps in your practice then feel free to bring them. If you’re not sure what I’m talking about, don't worry - the classes will work without props too.
Do I need anything else?
We recommend bringing a bottle of water to keep you hydrated throughout the day. We will have food and beverages available for purchase.
Will there be food and drinks available?
Yes we have some wonderful local food vendors as well as a local coffee shop. There will also be food available at the Good Earth Farm Saturday evening.
Are there restroom facilities available?
Yes.
Can I pay for things in cash or with a card?
Most vendors will take cards and cash. However, we recommend bringing both options with you as some vendors may only deal with one or the other.
Can I buy a ticket on the day of the festival?
Yes, but to guarantee your spot we recommend booking ahead of time. Because we have limited numbers in the classes we want to make sure everyone can fit into the yoga classes.
Can I bring my dog?
Short answer, yes. But your doggo must be on a lead at ALL times and well behaved. This is a family event, bringing a nervous dog wouldn't be kind to the dog itself. If it's a hot day it might be worth leaving your 4 legged friend at home as they may overheat. They won't be able to attend any of the classes either.
How do I register to become a vendor at the festival?
Message us by clicking this link.
When are tickets going to be on sale?
Tickets are available right now. Click here.
Refund Policy
All ticket sales are final and non refundable. No refunds will be issued for any reason including, but not limited to; weather, epidemic, fire, action of the elements, governmental order or order of any other legally constituted authority, act of God or the public enemy, war, riot or any other reason beyond the Joy Collective’s control. You are free to transfer your tickets or resell them at face value or less.
Still have question?
